Remodelling of a flat overlooking the harbour.

This beautiful flat benefits from a balcony with sea views over Poole harbour towards the Purbecks. The client's brief was remodelling to bring the kitchen towards the sea and create more useable spaces. The existing layout had uneven sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen overlooked the car park to the rear.

The proposed design creates a larger, more open plan living area, with direct balcony access. The rear facing rooms consist of more storage, and separates the sleeping and living areas better.
