This large, contemporary new build house replaces the existing small 2 bedroom bungalow. The scheme features a large entrance hallway with stairs leading to a galleried landing with a flat rooflight to flood the double height space with natural light. To the rear, an open plan living area with sliding doors onto the garden makes up the majority of the span, with a separate snug and study accessible via sliding doors to the side.
