Demolition and rebuild of block of flats in Westbourne.

This replacement dwelling provides 12 new build flats to replace the previous 5. The improved layout provides more accessible open plan living spaces, as well as facilities such as balconies in all flats. A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats makes up this development. A new build improves not only layout but also thermal and acoustic properties, and natural light, creating enhanced living spaces.  This development also benefits from an underground car park for residents.

The use of red facing brickwork and beige reconstructed stone provides a more contemporary interpretation of the traditional buildings on the road.
