On the ground floor, the existing garage, utility and entrance hallway are remodelled to extend the living areas, creating an open plan kitchen, living and dining space. The existing living room is repurposed into a bedroom with en suite.
On the first floor, the floor plan is extended to both sides to transform the single bedroom and en suite into large master bedroom with sea views, walk through wardrobe and en suite with a bath and walk in shower. Adjacent to this master suite is a small kitchenette and living room with a roof terrace overlooking the garden.
