The ground floor garage of this property was extended a small distance to the front, and above a new first floor was created, consisting of a master bedroom, en suite and walk through wardrobe. The floor plan of the first floor is also remodelled to provide an extra bedroom, and with the addition of 2 dormer windows, more usable floor space is created.

Externally, the property is remodelled with a grey slate roof, grey timber style weatherboarding and off white painted render.
