2 storey front and rear extensions, conservatory demolition and internal remodelling.
The main works to this project involve the demolition of the large conservatory, and replacing it with a single storey extension spanning the rear of the house, featuring a parapet roof, large roof lantern and bifold doors, bringing lots of natural light into the space. Internally, the existing kitchen and study are remodelled to form part of the new open plan living area. A separate living room is retained to provide a second, more private sitting area.
To the front, a first floor extension replaces the balcony to extend one of the bedrooms into a suite with adjoining dressing room and en suite. The extension also creates an en suite for the third bedroom.
