Recent planning approvals

We're excited to have been granted planning approval for 3 projects in Poole and Christchurch. The first of these projects is a new build contemporary style home in Lilliput, featuring a spacious living area downstairs, and floor to ceiling windows in the upper bedrooms overlooking the garden. Another project is a new build chalet bungalow, boasting an impressive double gable design and inset balcony, with views of Highcliffe castle. The final project is a smaller rear extension in Bournemouth to create a more useable open plan family space.
