Planners have given the green light to a replacement dwelling on the river front in Merley Ways Wimborne.
The three bedroomed detached house features open plan living accommodation and a large roof terrace overlooking the River Stour, open meadowland and the historic town of Wimborne beyond.
Tom Frowde Architects have been instructed to complete the detailed design and administer the building contract. Works are due to begin on sight during Autumn 2015
