This Southbourne flat faces the sea and the client wanted to maximise these amazing views. A front extension to replace the porch moves the entrance door to allow for large sliding doors from the living and dining room, onto a new terrace.

This project required a rear extension to open up the cellular living spaces into an open plan family room, and a new separate office / playroom. The client also required a new porch including a pitched roof to allow them more storage.
