This previously traditionally laid out bungalow has been transformed into a modern family space, and features a spacious open plan kitchen, living and diner with high ceilings and large rooflights bringing in natural light throughout the day. The addition of a porch creates unobscured views from the entrance through the house.

Tall sliding doors throughout the main living space and bedrooms maximise views to the terrace and garden beyond. The use of natural wood cladding and local Cornish slate equally complements the local environment while fulfilling the client's wishes for a contemporary home.
