Planning was granted for this loft conversion, creating a large master bedroom, dressing area and en-suite, with an additional first floor bedroom and en-suite. The master ensuite benefits from a recessed covered balcony. The existing ground floor plan now provides a more spacious, open plan living area with larger bifold doors onto the garden.

This scheme also included converting the garage into a self-contained annex with small kitchenette and adjoining bathroom.
