Roof extension to create a second floor master suite with views towards Poole Harbour.

Planning was granted for this contemporary flat roof extension to create a spacious master suite and separate living area with large sliding doors, leading onto a terrace with great views. It is clad in a grey timber style cladding to match the grey slate cladding and grey window frame features of the existing house.

The stepped nature of the site combined the slightly inset extension forms a more subtle front elevation, opening up at the rear to an impressive 3 storey elevation.
