Demolition and rebuild of block of flats in Boscombe.

This replacement dwelling provides 7 new build flats to replace the previous 6. The improved layout provides more accessible open plan living spaces, as well as facilities such as balconies in most flats. A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats makes up this development. A new build improves not only layout but also thermal and acoustic properties, and natural light, creating enhanced living spaces.

The use of red facing brickwork and beige reconstructed stone provides a more contemporary interpretation of the traditional buildings on the road.
