The existing large house on this plot had a split ground floor plan which provided a separate, small dwelling downstairs with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The remodelling for these clients on the first floor level provided them with a much more useable open plan living space, large utility and bedroom with en-suite. Between these floors is an impressive double height space.

The clients also extended onto a fourth storey to provide a sky room with large amounts of glazing opening onto a balcony.
