A planning application has been submitted to remodel a bungalow on the cliff top in Southbourne.

The scheme makes the most of this stunning location by relocating the entrance to the side elevation, freeing up the front façade for a large open plan living and dining area with large bifold doors opening onto a raised sundeck. On the first floor the master suite shares the same glorious uninterrupted view of the sea through a fully glazed south facing wall.
